In Solutions can now look back on 28 years of business success. The company has made a name for itself in the Mexican market with Hänel intralogistics solutions.

In Solutions by Lumietri was founded in 1997 as a supplier of products for the infrastructure, signal technology and cargo security of the public railroad system in Mexico. Over time the company also branched out to include materials handling and intralogistics solutions in its portfolio. As this business continued to grow, In Solutions soon established initial contacts with Hänel Storage Systems in the USA. 

In Solutions was impressed by Hänel vertical storage technology

Jaime Valdés, President of In Solutions, was very impressed by the vertical lift concept – so much so that the company became a Hänel Channel Partner in 2002. 

Hänel and In Solutions are now established names in the Mexican market, and the successful business relationship continues to thrive and grow. Mike Fanning, Director of Sales and Marketing at Hänel in the USA, had one piece of advice for In Solutions: “Once you sell your first Lean-Lift® or Rotomat® system, you can be sure that business will really take off after that.” Those words marked the beginning of a great partnership.

In the meantime In Solutions has been on a steady and successful course in Mexico, with a business model based on a hightech product that delivers outstanding reliability. To date the company has installed more than 150 storage systems throughout the country.

A Hänel Rotomat® industrial carousel was first exhibited at the Intra Logistics Latin America trade fair in Mexico City. Afterwards the system was transported to the In Solutions site in Verónica Anzures. 

Since then the company’s accounting and service departments have relied on their own Hänel Rotomat® 500–900. What’s more, prospective customers can visit In Solutions in Mexico City to see Hänel technology in action.
