Apotheke Surseepark AG offers customers a wide range of healthcare products with personalized advice within the shopping mall. A Hänel Rotomat® storage carousel is integrated into the checkout area, ensuring space-saving and transparent storage of larger items and fast availability.

The Hänel Rotomat® spans two floors, offering one access point in the retail space and a second below at the lower level. Employees request the required items at the Hänel MP 14 N lift controller.

The storage system quietly and reliably transports the items directly to the desired access point based on the vertical carousel principle, while enabling internal transportation of materials at the same time. Goods assembled at the lower level can be quickly and ergonomically transported to the retail space.

Reliable and ergonomic in everyday use

Safety light curtains installed in front of the two access points provide reliable protection. If an access point is in use, a bell function alerts employees to clear the access area. Hänel EcoMode® reduces energy consumption during downtime and promotes efficient operation.

The Hänel Rotomat® storage carousel combines high storage capacity, short access times, and direct integration of warehouse and sales floor, thus creating additional space for product display.
