At LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart, Germany, Hänel presented the enhanced Hänel LED matrix – an innovative solution for optimizing item identification and order picking

At the trade show, visitors got to experience the intuitive operation and clear presentation of storage information directly at the access point of the new LED matrix for themselves.

Optimized inventory management thanks to targeted information

Efficient inventory management requires clear and immediately-accessible information. The new Hänel LED matrix is a systematic enhancement designed to improve user guidance. Item numbers, quantities, and storage locations are clearly displayed directly at the storage position, so the items can be identified and retrieved even more quickly.

All storage transactions are confirmed using a contactless light barrier integrated in the LED matrix, directly at the respective position of the user. Together with the Hänel Pick-o-Light® Vario, this enables fast and error-free order picking while the Hänel LED matrix helps to significantly increase the picking speed, especially in large orders.

The compact Hänel LED matrix seamlessly harmonizes with the modern design of the Hänel Lean-Lift®. Together with the Hänel light barrier curtains and the lighting trim, a harmonious unit is created that not only supports work processes, but also sets visual accents.
